IU Leadership Talk
Event marketing for the IU Leadership Talk 2025 in Nuremberg: invitation design in the university look and videography on site.
Leadership gets interesting where it goes beyond numbers. The IU Leadership Talk 2025 in Nuremberg therefore asked what it means to put people at the centre, bringing together voices from industry, hospitality, volunteering and academia on 25 June, from 9 until 12 in the Design Offices on Bahnhofstrasse.
The invitation as a first promise
An invitation decides whether a date lands in the calendar or in the bin. We thought of it across two sides: the occasion up front, set large, with the year as an open outline and a portrait that takes the title literally. On the back the programme, clearly structured, with the list of speakers and the three fields New Work, People and Culture as circles that overlap rather than fence each other off. The IU turquoise carries the design without drowning it, and two QR codes lead straight to registration.
Moving images from the morning
On site we accompanied the talk with our cameras: keynotes, panel discussion, the conversations during the breaks. From that material comes what remains of a morning and keeps running long after the room has emptied.
